Hard Enamel Badges 
These badges are hand finished and have a very hard-wearing finish as glass based enamel colours are baked at a very high temperature to ensure
longer lasting quality.
Enamel colours are separated by thin metal keylines. Not usually advised for detailed designs although a white enamel background can be overprinted
to achieve fine detail (at additional cost). Exact Pantone matching is not possible for this process.
Choice of plating options available.

Soft Enamel
These economical priced alternative to hard enamel badges use plastic enamel colours which are baked at a much lower temperature.
Enamel colours will be separated by thin metal keylines. Exact Pantone matching can be achieved with this process.
Choice of plating options available.
Option here of finishing the badges with a hard epoxy dome.

Metal Relief
These badges have no colours although areas of detail are achieved by raised polished areas next to recessed sandblasted areas to give a 
rich two-tone look.

Silk-Screen Printed
These badges allow for very fine detail thus eliminating the thin metal keylines used in the Enamel processes. These badges can be die-cut to any shape.
Badges are finished with a hard epoxy dome.
